I've stayed at this location several times but on this particular time I made a mistake and booked the wrong room and much to my surprise the hotel gave me a call to verify if I had in fact booked the wrong room. I was astounded by this, this is day of check-in and they switched my room (which didn't cost anything) and insured my stay was that much better. The cleaning lady came by every day to make sure I had coffee, soap, shampoo, fresh towels and a freshly made bed and took out the trash of course. Every single day!! Parking was not bad and it is two blocks away from interstate 30 in 5 minutes away from Luke 12 which was crucial for me. I couldn't even tell you if any of the other rooms were booked because it was so quiet! The staff may check in and out super fast and easy, I would highly recommend this hotel again.

Front lobby greeter was nice and helpful. The room was nice place was quiet for me to sleep I work nites. Breakfast was good . I love an hour away and neededaplace to stay while the winter storm came in I will always be staying there when I need a place to stay close to work .

The location was good, the air conditioners ran, super cold, plenty of parking, gas, restaurants, and anything else you need is nearby, close to downtown Dallas. Just about as good as it gets!
